If you run into a bug, technical issue, or something just doesn’t feel right, we want to hear about it.
Your reports help us fix things quickly and improve the experience for everyone.
What to Report
Please reach out if you experience:
A photo that won’t upload or shows errors
A face that looks distorted, misplaced, or duplicated
A pairing that clearly shouldn’t exist
Incorrect information displaying in the app
Anything that seems broken or confusing
How to Report an Issue
Click the Contact Us in the bottom-right corner
Start a message and describe what happened
Include any helpful details like:
What page you were on
What you were trying to do
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
If possible, attach a screenshot, this makes it much easier for us to reproduce and fix the problem.
What Happens Next?
Our team will review your report as soon as possible
Most issues are addressed within 48 hours
We may follow up if we need more info or want to confirm the fix
